It’s possible you haven’t heard yet of Dichiseni, a small city on the banks of the Borcea arm. In this place with a name predestined for elabored delights and a history longer than that of many metropolises we decided to create the biggest sturgeon farm in Romania.

We started in 2011 and we invested almost 3 million euros since then, for the 33 pools. We put passion and ambition in every detail, so that the exigent russian sturgeon from siberia has the best conditions and the nature is not affected in any way by our activities.

It’s possible you haven’t heard yet of Dichiseni. But you will certainly not forget Hedonia’s fine sturgeon caviar after you’ve tasted it for the first time.
